ENERGY HEALING
Through a variety of energy healing therapies, I work with your unique energy fields to find balance, release, and healing for your highest good. Many times this can include an emotional release and "rewiring" of our unhealthy beliefs. Once we start to bring awareness and understanding to our thoughts and feelings, our energy flows more naturally, allowing our physical bodies to heal. Sessions last 60-90 minutes and include a check-in discussion, energy healing work, and wrap-up review. You leave with self-care tools to continue the healing at home, as well as a written review of your session sent later in the day.

GUIDED MEDITATIONS
Meditation is a powerful energy healing technique; however, many find it to be a difficult one to incorporate into their lives. In guided meditations, I help clients learn how to reach a state of relaxation, enabling them to drop into healing theta brain waves. Benefits of meditation include:
